converted to r134a too while I was at it. replaced the pressure switch and drier from ackits. aliaZ was a good source of info on the subject. while I'm sure it isn't as good as the original r12 system, it is good enough. just today, driving home from work (bank sign said 94F), I was comfortable and engine coolant temps were reading ~190F. My profile is up to date.
